Workout

After the divorce, long crazy process of separation, and finally sold the home I found new freedom. I found that I also had a lot of lonely nights, and time for self. Found myself hitting the bars, but really can enjoy a good drink at home. The only time I found myself going out is working in the gym. I have lost a lot of weight in the recent months, over 80 lbs. and wanting to get some tone, just to feel younger than 40.

Of course, with all the muscle guys, I found myself wearing sweatshirt and shorts cause not really at that point to show off. I did routines, Tuesday was chest and arms with dumbbells and weights, Wednesday legs doing squats, and Thursday was taking care of my core. I used Saturday to run, get a good cardio day out of my week so really running around my neighborhood.

After 3 months, still wore the sweatshirt because of my routine but seeing a good difference. Working hard and getting on good sweat just makes less stressful. So, on Tuesday I was working on some weights, and of course like any other gym you have the beautiful women. This woman was very muscular, tattoos all over and looks like could break me in half. Loved to show off her strong legs, and obviously did some boob jobs because they look amazing allowing her figure to really stand out.

Every guy’s head turned, including mine but I knew I needed to focus and really, she had her pick of men, and woman if she swung that way or both. So, after a few reps I go over to the shower, get cleaned off and put on jeans and shirt and get ready to leave. I feel a tug on my shirt, “Already done?” She was standing there with water and sweat just beading of her neck and perfect breast. “Uh, yeah got my good hour in so heading out, anything I can help with?” I asked not knowing what the hell is going on.

She gave me a look, and I laughed as I heard what I said. “No, that is not what it sounded like, sorry about that,” I said. She smiled, “I heard worst,” which put me at ease. “Look I see you around, wearing the sweatshirt so tells me you’re just a laid-back guy just wanting to work out,” she replies. “And I need some help on weight day because last time I overdid it and hurt my back, so wondering we can work out together on certain days.” We talk a few about what days we work out and come up with a schedule.
