Meeting an old acquaintance

I occasionally thought about her since high school. I was at a local university at that point, but still couldn’t quite forget her.

I’ll call her K. We went to the same school. When I was 16 I invited her for a walk and told her about the feelings I had for her. She got a little flattered but ended up declining me because she already had a boyfriend.

And then, several years later, on one of those boring gray days when it’s neither raining nor is sunny, I suddenly met her.

I guess I should describe how she’s changed after graduating high school. She now has short hair, frequents parties, does substances. I’ve heard she’d fucked 4 guys on the same house party. But what I like about her so much is how much energy she’s got. She does what she wants and isn’t shy to tell you about it.

As soon as I saw her on the street I immediately remembered all the feelings I had for her. I wanted to kiss her on the mouth there and then. Of course I didn’t.

She asked me how I was and such stuff. Asked me whether I had a girlfriend. I replied with a no. At which point, quite unexpectedly, she invited me to her place. I felt my heart race when I heard her invitation and immediately accepted. It wasn’t a long walk. It’s a small city.

At hers, she made us some tea. It was a small apartment, but quite cozy. Although the coziness was probably caused by her. Then, suddenly, she got to the point.

“Do you still l like me?”

I replied with a solid yes.

“Well I’m not looking for a relationship now but maybe we could spend time together sometimes?” she said with a smile. “There’s a couple things I’ve been thinking about trying with a man and I was thinking maybe you want to help me with that?”

I wasn’t sure what to answer. But I loved how direct she was. I ended up with just replying “Okay.”

She kissed me on the lips, but suddenly broke the kiss off.

“Just so you know, I’m not going to let you fuck me. But I’m sure you’ll like the things I have in mind anyway.”

She took my hand and led me to the living room.
