We both just looked down towards the floor as they both stared at us. We had no idea what they’d say exactly, so all bets were off then.

“So just curious, but how long has this been going on?” Jim asked.

“Since yesterday, Can you give us a minute to get dressed?” I asked.

“Sure,” Maria replied.

We both ran to our room, got dressed in about a minute and then we met at the door.

“No matter what happens out there, I love you, and we’ll be together forever, I promise,” Ray said as he hugged me.

We kissed again and went out there holding hands. We sat down on the other couch and faced the music.

“So yesterday you two started having sex?” Maria asked.

“Yes,” Ray replied.

“Do you think we’re mad?” Jim asked.

“You gave us that impression,” I replied.

They were silent for a minute, torturing us as if we were in Hostel with their eyes and they were enjoying it.

“Well, we’re not mad, we’re happy,” Maria said.

We just looked at each other for a minute with confused faces.

“You are happy?” I asked.

“Yes, but there is something you two should know now,” Jim replied.

“What?” Ray and I asked.

We both had no idea what they were about to tell us. We thought they’d be pissed off, but they said they were happy, now they had something to tell us? They both took deep breaths, and looked nervous, this obviously wasn’t something that they liked talking about.

“Well, there is no easy way to say this so we’re just gonna spit it out. We’re brother and sister too,” Jim said.

We both just had these beyond stunned looks on our faces as if they just told us the cure for cancer or something as our jaws dropped.

“What?” We both asked.

“Yes, it’s true, both of you are incestuous kids. We just never knew how to tell you, but seeing you two together just like that, I guess it would be like a slap in the face to not tell you now,” Maria replied.

We looked at each other again and had no idea what to say.

“Wow, I completely did not see that coming. Maybe that you were getting divorced, but wait a minute, that means you two aren’t legally married either,” I said.

Then we both just laid back and tried to process the information we just received. That was a huge bombshell that was literally in plain sight that whole time.

“So love was just in plain sight for you two?” Ray asked.
