Elise Ch.12

The sun shone through the cabin windows and its warm rays woke me.

Elise was tightly spooned against me and holding my right arm to her as she slept. I gently extricated myself and got to making coffee for us.

The smell of coffee was enough to wake Elise and she got up and wrapped her arms around me as she laid her head on my back.

“Have we got bacon to go with this?”

I checked the fridge and there was a pack of rashers. I put a good few on the grill and added a couple of eggs. Once it was ready I dished the food out and Elise attacked hers like a starving wolf. She saw me watching her as she ate.

“What? I’m hungry! You give a girl a lot of great sex she gets hungry.”

“As if I didn’t know already!”

“No food, no sex.”

“Have another donut or three.”

“Funny honey. Not! Anyhoo, my pussy is saying ‘I need a break!’ so you will have to wait.”

“I think my dick agrees with her.”

After clearing up I got the boat ready to leave for our return to the dock. Elise lay on the cabin deck enjoying the warmth of the sun looking totally desirable.

The return was non-eventual and I tied up the boat before taking our things back to the car. I dropped off the cool box to Ralph with the promise of coming back up soon.

Elise was quiet on the ride back to my house snuggling her head against me and holding the front of my shirt in her fist.

After parking the car in the garage and tossing the laundry into the machine we sprawled out on one of the sofas in my main lounge with Elise nestled against me.

“Ger?”

“Mmmh?”

“We only have the rest of the day and tomorrow morning left together before you have to leave. I don’t want to be clingy but I just want you to be with me all of the time. I know it is not possible but it is just how I feel about you”

Elise buried her head into my neck and hot tears fell onto my skin as she sniffled trying to stop them.

“Hey! No need to cry, we will manage to make it work between us.”

I held her closer to me and the sniffling stopped. She pushed her head up and looked at me with reddened eyes. After a big sniff she wiped her eyes with the back of her hand.

“How come you always say the right things to me? It’s the same as when I said that you got under my skin, you just seem to know what I needed to hear from you. I’m not going to ask you to promise me again as I know that you meant it when I asked you before and you have done nothing to make me doubt that.”

“Oh shit! I’m a steaming mess again.”

“Well I love my little mess and she looks as beautiful as always.”

“Who are you kidding? Let me up to go to the bathroom and splash some water on my face.”

“No need as I love your face no matter what.”

I leant over and kissed her eyes, tasting her salty tears.

“Ger, I need to, besides I have to pee!”

Elise got up and hurried to the bathroom.

“OK, I’m sorry I got weepy, it’s just because we are not going to be able to be together for two weeks while you are over there. I’m going to miss you and the things we do when we are together.”

“Come here and get comfortable.”

Elise came back to the sofa and snuggled against me with her head on my chest. My arm went around her to hug her close and assure her that she was safe and loved.

“Two weeks will pass quickly and before you know it you will be on your way to the UK and me. It might seem long just now but with the bar and getting your passport sorted it will pass. The only difficulty I can see will be the time difference between here and there and we can work around it as our calls will have to be after my working hours in the UK but that’s a minor thing.”

“I know but not being able to hold you, kiss you or make love with you is going to be the hardest part. The only good thing about it all is that my period will be when you are there and not spoil anything when I get to be with you.”

“I won’t be complaining about that. We can make up for it all then and make love as often as possible.”

“You had better Ger because I will be wearing you out as often as I can!. OK I’m over it now and hungry. I guess that you have food in this place and you can throw something together before I starve to death.”

“Shit! I forgot about bring the rest of the boat food back with us. Sorry.”

I had to think what I had in the fridge and freezer. Defrosting something was out of the question and the microwavable meals I had were just for laziness.

“Let me check to see if the cupboard is not bare.”

Elise sat up to let me get up and go to the kitchen. I looked in the fridge and to be honest there was not much there. Eggs, a pot of cream, butter, a pack of smoked salmon, a quart of milk that was still fresh and a sealed loaf of bread.

I went back to the lounge and said, “Would scrambled eggs do for now? That is about it unless we order in. I have been laying off stocking up due to this trip”

“I suppose so if that is all there is. I’ll need real food later or waste away.”

“I doubt it!”

Elise followed me into my kitchen and sat at the breakfast bar. I put bread into the toaster and I cracked half a dozen eggs into a bowl and added some cream along with salt and pepper. The salmon I took out of the pack and sliced it as thin as I could. The toast popped up and I split it leaving one side toasted and the other white. These went into the microwave and I kept my eye on them as I beat the eggs and cream together, I decided that the ‘melba toast’ was done and put the eggs in the microwave.
