As Trump stood looking out over the pristine lawns from his Oval Office he couldn’t believe how much his life has changed in the last two weeks. The wall to Mexico had begun construction and he had already begun to dissolve Obamacare. However, as the breeze blew a few golden leaves over the sun drenched lawn, little did he know that the next 24 hours would change his life and perhaps that of the nation forever.

He made his way over to the Roosevelt desk. He decided he wouldn’t bother with a tie today he only had a few appointments, one of which was with the England Women’s cricket team. Whatever cricket was. He was sure an advisor would inform him so he didn’t look stupid. His shirt and trousers were freshly pressed and his hair flopped over his head like a gentle willow. Margaret, his trusty aid who had got him out of many a scrape, called through. Ajay wanted to see him about further tax reform. With a shrug he beckoned him in.

Lunch for Trump was salmon with some salad. Margaret thought it would give him the extra vitality he needed to push through his reforms. He sat at his desk reading through the notes on the England Women’s side, who had travelled to try and promote the game in North America. He had no interest in meeting them but knew it would be a good photo opportunity. He strolled down to the front of the White House where he would be greeting them. There was not a huge amount of press but Trump knew to put on his best show and welcome everyone of the group. He addressed each of them and shook each had, finally he got to the back room staff and last in line was a girl who even though they were in side was still wearing a pair of bright orange Oakley sunglasses.
