‘Oh my gosh,’ I thought. ‘I just had sex for the first time. Which means I’m not a virgin anymore. This is insane.’

“That was intense,” my boyfriend, EJ said interrupting my thought and rolling off of me.

“Yeah,” I replied.

“Your mom probably wants you, huh?”

“I think so.”

“Is this the last time I get to see you til fall?”

“No. I’m going to visit you in Jamaica.”

“Okay.”

“After I turn 18, I want to travel around Europe.” I said as I looked up into his eyes. “Will you go with me?”

“You know I’m not going to say no,” EJ said as he draped his arm over my hip.

“Good,” I joked. “Cause when I go to France and I can speak to all the hot guys how upset would you be? Or in Italy with the hot Italians? Oh and Spain! Aw, so many beautiful in so many beautiful places.”

“That’s why I’m going to be next to you, every step of the way.”

“I need you when I go to Italy anyway. You’re the only one that can speak Italian fluently.”

“Ma si puo parlare francese e spagnolo,” EJ said in Italian.

“No speak Spanish.”

“Da Barcellona o Porto Rico?” He replied in Italian.

“Barcelona,” I said with an accent from Spain aka a Spanish accent.

“Te amo con todo mi corazon,” EJ said to me in Spanish, meaning ‘I love you with all my heart’.

“No tanto como Te amo,” I replied, meaning ‘Not as much as I love you’.

“Usted debe darme un beso en este momento.” That means ‘you should kiss me right now’.

I kissed him, then got up and put on my dress. I made EJ put his clothes back on.

“Come with me to my mother’s room please?” I asked.

“What hotel is she staying in?”

“The Hilton, next door.”

“Oh, okay.”

“Thank you,” I said as we walked downstairs to check out.



My mom can’t just stay in a regular room with a bed and a bathroom.
