19. A New Vista

In a marina in the Florida Keys, I had successfully offloaded my mother daughter passengers and gotten them set up with jobs and their own apartment. I had my Love Boat back all to myself!

Now that Pam and Christy had moved out, I had my freedom again. But what I gained in peace and solitude, I lost in having two free use whores aboard. Now I’d have to work at getting laid. C’est la vie.

I decided to do a load of laundry and shower. I gathered my things and headed to the main building where the office and facilities were. The laundry room was packed. I snatched the last available washer and surveyed the group. I saw Celine across the room and ambled over to her.

“Remember me?”

“How could I forget!” she said with a wry smile. I shot her a wide grin.

“If you’re free this afternoon, I’m on dock 2, the Love Boat. You’re welcome to visit if you feel the need.”

“Thanks, Sailor. My ex-daughter-in-law is planning to visit. We’re still very close. Mind if she tags along?”

“Heaven’s no. The more the merrier!”

I showered and finished my laundry. Then I hailed a cab and visited the grocery and liquor stores. Back aboard, I stowed everything and popped an ice cold beer. I reclined in the cockpit taking it all in.

Along about 4 o’clock, I saw Celine and an attractive younger woman headed my way. The companion had a blonde pixie haircut accentuating a very pretty face. She was shorter, about 5’2″ with curves in all the right places.

“Howdy, Sailor. Permission to come aboard?”

“Without a doubt” I replied.

“Sailor, this is Vista, my son’s ex-wife. Vista, meer Sailor. He’s the one I was telling you about.”

“Oh, goodness! What a pleasure to meet you, Sailor. Celine told me all about you.”

“It’s all rumor and innuendo, only half truths, Vista.
